A description of the sustainability goals that are set and met for new developments, including, reduction in carbon footprint and waste, adoption of renewable resources, sustainable materials, incorporation of greenery, energy and water conservation and efficiency, reducing environmental impact and protection of natural habitats.
A description of your company’s approach to conservation of cultural heritage. Refer to processes in place for project management, taking a proactive and open approach to conservation, communication with regulators and efforts to protect and promote cultural heritage.
A description of the measures you consider when planning new developments to ensure social contribution and minimising inconvenience to the community in the vicinity of development projects.
A description of how, when developing projects, starting from concept stage, you ensure that the developments meet and exceeds standards and regulations to ensure provision of excellent quality of living for occupants. Include reference to contract and risk management, access for all, etc.
